The company works closely with over 10,000 seed growers and produces seeds on about 25,000 acres of land and provides quality seeds for more than a million acres of land. Nath Group has set up a mega food park near Aurangabad providing state of the art, integrated infrastructure for food processing industries. Nath Group has two paper mills located at Aurangabad and Vapi producing value added industrial and cultural papers.
The group also has substantial presence in manufacturing of industrial chemicals.
Shri Nandkishor Kagliwal is deeply involved with agricultural research, rural development, education and health care. He has been instrumental in setting up a modern hospital and the now acclaimed Nath Valley School and various other social-cultural institutions in Aurangabad region. Shri Kagliwal served as a member of Planning Commission of Maharashtra and also as president of Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC) for five years. He was on the board of State Bank of Hyderabad, IDBI and SICOM. Currently he is on the board of governors of Federations of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), MEDC and Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (CIRCOT) and Honorary Commercial Attache for the State of Nebraska, USA.

Education
Godavaribai Kagliwal High School at Hingoli, Maharashtra is a non-profit charitable institution which provides education to about 400 girl students from socially and economically weaker sections.
Nath Niketan Vidyalay at Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad , a fully fledged high school providing quality education to about 1000 students.
Anand Ashram School at Nakshatrawadi in Aurangabad was founded with an objective to provide wholesome quality education in natural surroundings to students from socially and economically weaker sections.
Nath Valley School at Aurangabad (affiliated with CBSE) , wherein we played a pivotal role in its establishment is recognized as one of the premier leading public schools in India with a strength of around 1000 students.
Apna Club founded about 25 years ago as an unique experiment for children in the age group of 7-14 yr with an objective to inculcate ethical values in youngsters at an early age through the medium of stories, poems and field visits. The club has 15 chapters spread all over Marathwada.
Health Care
Marathwada Medical & Research Institute was established as a multi-disciplinary hospital with modern diagnostic facilities. The Trust runs the famous Kamal Nayan Bajaj Hospital in Aurangabad.
Rural Development
Marathwada Sheti Sahay Mandal Trust (MSSM) established in the Year 1972 has been undertaking integrated development of rural areas for the last over 40 years. The trust has adapted 24 villages in Marathwada and adapts holistic approach to water and soil conservation through aforestation, Nalabunding, drip irrigation and education. It also provides agricultural extension services to the farmers.
Aurangabad International Film Festival
The Aurangabad International Film Festival (AIFF) is an annual film festival held at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India started in 2014. The festival aims at bringing the best in world cinema to the culturally rich city of Aurangabad, thereby giving film makers a platform to showcase their craft to the film buffs of the city. Nath Group plans to take this festival to newer heights. The city gave credence to this initiative by supporting this event whole heartedly.
Raghunath Smruti Sandhya
Every year on 7th September, Nath Group organizes a cultural program for the poetry lovers in Aurangabad city called ‘B. Raghunath Smruti Sandhya’, for the last three decades. This program is conducted to pay homage to the famous Marathi Poet (Late) Mr. B. Raghunath, who belonged to this region and contributed immensely to Marathi poetry and literature. Eminent poets from Marathi language are invited to present their work in this program, along with a scholar of Marathi literature.
